This site exists to show the work of Mann Studios and to let people reach us. Look around, share a link, write to us. Do not take the films or the stills and use them as your own.

Every film, still, poster, logline and piece of writing here belongs to Mann Studios. As producer we are the first owner of copyright in our cinematograph films under the Copyright Act, 1957, and we keep our moral rights under section 57 or to the people who made it with us. Music, performances and footage remain with their respective owners. Nothing on this site is released under a free licence.

Share links. Quote a short passage with credit, which is fair dealing under section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957. Embed a trailer from our official YouTube channel. Write about the films, review them, or tell people about them. Press and festival programmers may use our stills for coverage, and we will send higher resolution files on request.

Download, re-upload, re-cut or re-post our films. Unauthorised recording or exhibition of a film is an offence under the Cinematograph Act, 1952 as amended in 2023, and scraping or breaking into this site is an offence under sections 43 and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Use a still in an advertisement, a thumbnail, a template or an AI training set. Remove our credit. Imply that we made something we did not, or that we endorse something we have not agreed to.

We are glad to read a script or a pitch, but please do not send confidential material unsolicited. If we are already developing something similar, we will keep working on it, and sending us your idea does not create an obligation or a partnership. If we want to take it further, we will say so in writing.

Release dates, statuses and slate details change while films are in production. We keep this site current, but we cannot promise that every date here is final.

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and safe, but we cannot be held responsible for a technical fault, a broken link, or anything that happens on a third-party site we link to.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Mann Studios operates from Petlawad, District Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh, and the courts at Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over anything arising from this site or these terms. Appeals lie before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench.

Before going to court, we would rather talk. If that fails, either side may refer the dispute to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and proceedings in English or Hindi.

For any complaint about this site, its content, or your personal data, write to our grievance officer at mannstudioss@gmail.com with “Grievance” in the subject line. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days, as expected under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
