What this site collects, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you tell us about your project. That is it. There is no account to create, nothing to subscribe to, and no payment on this site.
Like most sites, ours records anonymous visit statistics through Google Analytics: which pages were opened, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which film pages get watched most. Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored. We cannot identify you from any of it.
What we do with it
We read your message and reply to it. We keep the email so we have a record of the conversation. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets two, so we can count visits and see which pages get read. YouTube sets its own when a trailer is played. If you would rather avoid them, most browsers can block cookies for a site, and this one works normally without them. Full detail is on the cookie policy page.
How long we keep it
Contact emails stay in our inbox unless you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months and then removed automatically.
Your choices
Write to mannstudioss@gmail.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will not ask why.
Your rights under Indian law
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules notified in November 2025 give you rights over your own data. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw a consent you gave earlier. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
One email does all of it. Write to mannstudioss@gmail.com and we act on it, no forms and no conditions. We do not sell data, we do not run ad networks, and we do not move your data outside India for any purpose of our own.
Grievance officer
If something about your data is not handled the way it should be, write to our grievance officer at mannstudioss@gmail.com with “Grievance” in the subject. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
